Justin Bieber’s ex Sahara Ray dies months after welcoming first child
Australian model and fashion designer Sahara Ray, who was previously romantically linked to Justin Bieber, has died at age 34, just months after welcoming her first child. Ray’s family confirmed her death to TMZ on October 19, saying she “passed away last night surrounded by family at the hospital.” According to the Daily Mail, Ray reportedly suffered a fentanyl overdose on October 16 and was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital, where she was placed on life support. Her family ultimately made the decision to remove her from life support on October 18, an insider told the outlet. An official cause of death has not been released, and it remains unclear whether the reported overdose was accidental or intentional. Ray welcomed her first child, a daughter named Snow, in January. She was previously linked to Justin Bieber, whom she briefly dated in 2016. When administered properly under strict medical supervision, it serves as a legitimate and effective pain reliever. However, the misuse of fentanyl results in approximately 200 deaths every single day across the country. Tragically, many of these victims are teenagers.
